In this activity, participants will become pizza pros as they knead, roll, and top their way to pizza perfection. In this interactive session, you will dive into the art of pizza dough, learning the secrets of kneading and shaping it in different shapes.
With flour-dusted hands and hearts full of excitement, you will roll your dough into thin crust pizzas, ready to be adorned with their favorite toppings. From classic marinara sauce to gooey mozzarella cheese, the toppings bar is stocked with a variety of ingredients to satisfy every palate that you will then get to dig on or take home.

FETTUCINE PASTA

In this immersive experience, you’ll step into our kitchen studio and discover the art of pasta making from scratch. You’ll learn the secrets of crafting the perfect pasta dough, mastering the delicate balance of all ingredients to achieve a smooth texture. You’ll then learn to roll the dough into thin sheets, using traditional pasta rollers to achieve the perfect thickness. From there, you’ll craft your own fettuccine pasta, cutting the sheets into delicate ribbons that will form the foundation of your dish.

RAVIOLI

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the art of stuffed pasta, learning to shape and fill ravioli with a variety of delicious fillings. Once your pasta is cooked to perfection, it’s time to pair it with your choice of sauces. From arrabbiata, white sauce, creamy tomato, or pesto and dig right in!

NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

In this hands-on experience, you’ll start by making your own pizza dough from scratch, mastering the techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
Next, you’ll prepare a rich, flavorful sauce using fresh ingredients. Once your dough and sauce are ready, you’ll add your choice of toppings, from classic margherita to creative combinations, and finish with a generous layer of cheese.
Finally, the pizza will get baked in our wood fire oven, achieving the signature char and smoky flavor that makes Neapolitan pizza so irresistible. As you cook and create, you’ll enjoy the aromas and anticipation of tasting your masterpiece fresh from the oven.

LASAGNA

In this hands-on experience, participants will embark on a culinary journey as they roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of pasta making. Under expert culinary guidance you’ll learn to craft a smooth pasta dough from simple ingredients. With your freshly made pasta dough at the ready, you’ll be creating a mouthwatering-lasagne by layering tender sheets of homemade pasta with rich, savory sauces and creamy béchamel.

QUESADILLAS

The star of the show? Chipotle paneer and street-style cheesy corn quesadillas! You’ll learn to assemble these mouthwatering delights, layering tortillas with a medley of bold and savory fillings. Whether you prefer the smoky heat of chipotle or the gooey richness of melted cheese and corn, each bite is a celebration of Mexico’s rich culinary heritage that you may dig into right after!

TACOS

In this immersive activity, you’ll discover the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishe, beginning with soft shell tacos. From creamy guacamole to zesty salsa, you’ll learn to prepare traditional Mexican condiments.

BUILD YOUR OWN BURRITO BOWL

You begin by layering seasoned rice at the base of your bowl, then add your choice of beans and sautéed vegetables. You then select your favorite protein and and add it to your bowl for extra flavor and substance.
You then top off your creation with zesty salsa and creamy guacamole and dollops of sour cream, adding freshness and richness to every bite. This fun and interactive experience allows you to customize your burrito bowl exactly to your liking, making it a delightful and colorful.

RAMEN

In this hands-on activity, you’ll begin by mastering the art of making ramen noodles from scratch. With expert culinary guidance you’ll learn the traditional techniques for kneading, rolling, and cutting the dough, creating noodles that are perfectly chewy and delicious. Next, it’s time to assemble your own bowl of ramen! With a selection of fresh ingredients at your disposal, you’ll customize your ramen to suit your taste buds.

SUSHI

In this hands-on experience, you’ll dive into the art of sushi making. With expert culinary guid-ance, you’ll learn the traditional techniques for seasoning and shaping the rice, creating a foundation for your sushi creation. With a variety of fresh ingredients at your disposal, including crisp vegetables, and creamy avocado, you’ll craft sushi rolls that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

DUMPLINGS

You’ll have the opportunity to master the art of folding and pleating the delicate dumplings that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. With a selection of fillings to choose from, you’ll customize your dumplings to suit your taste buds and preferences and you’ll get a chance to dig in right after!

GREEN THAI CURRY RICE

Participants will sauté fresh exotic vegetables, and freshly blended vibrant green thai curry paste, and simmer the mixture with coconut milk before tossing rice in butter and fragrant herbs for a flavorful and wholesome meal.

GREEN THAI CURRY NOODLES

This session invites participants to create a vibrant green Thai curry by sautéing exotic vegetables, adding freshly churned green Thai curry paste, and enriching it with creamy coconut milk, then finishing with rice noodles simmered in the flavorful curry for a hearty soup.

PAD THAI NOODLES

In this hands-on experience, participants will have the opportunity to make their own Pad Thai sauce from scratch, combining sweet, sour,
and savory ingredients. With pre-cooked rice noodles and fresh vegetable, participants will then toss together a flavorful Pad Thai.

RED THAI CURRY NOODLES

Participants will craft a spicy red Thai curry by stir-frying exotic vegetables with freshly made red Thai curry paste, adding coconut milk for richness, and serving it as a comforting soup with tender rice noodles soaked in the flavorful broth.

In this hands-on experience, participants will sauté their choice of exotic vegetables with freshly churned red thai curry paste, enrich it with creamy coconut milk, and toss fragrant rice with butter and herbs to create a perfectly aromatic dish.

MOMOS

In this hands-on experience, participants will learn the art of making delicate momos from scratch. You’ll knead soft dough to perfection, prepare their choice of flavorful fillings—whether it’s a classic vegetable mix or indulgent corn and cheese—and shape the momos into beautiful forms. This session combines creativity and technique, ending with the joy of savoring freshly steamed momos.

THUKPA

This hands-on experience is designed to immerse you in the culinary traditions of Tibet, providing a fun and educational journey into the heart of Himalayan cuisine. Participants will experience the joy of making traditional Tibetan dishes from scratch.

VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS

It’s time to master the art of Vietnamese Spring Rolls, a light and refreshing dish. Participants will start by making their own peanut dipping sauce, infusing it with the rich flavors of roasted peanuts and savory spices. Then, with fresh vegetables and herbs, participants will fill rice sheets with their favorite ingredients and roll them into delicious spring rolls that they get to dig in right after!

PASTA SALAD

In this activity, participants will make pasta salad with a variety of flavor options including creamy Caprese, zesty pesto tomato, refreshing Greek salad, and crisp green salad, where they choose their favorite flavor to personalize their dish. Participants will learn to make their own dressings from scratch, infusing their salads with a ton of flavors and fresh vegetables.

MEXICAN BEAN SALAD

In this vibrant hands-on experience, participants will prepare a zesty dressing using olive oil, vinegar, freshly chopped coriander, and aromatic seasonings. They’ll then toss their choice of exotic vegetables, charred corn, boiled chickpeas, and kidney beans to create a fresh, flavorful, and colorful Mexican-inspired salad.

PAPAYA SALAD

In this hands-on experience, participants will start by preparing the star ingredient: raw papaya.
Participants will have the opportunity to shred the papaya slices into thin strips, add other vegetables and make their own dressing.

GREEK SALAD

In this activity, participants will be making their own Greek salad dressing. Inspired by the traditional flavors of the Mediterranean, using fresh simple and fresh ingredients. Next, it’s time to chop, dice, and slice an array of fresh vegetables, including juicy tomatoes and cucumbers, with Mediterranean herbs and mix all of it together to relish!

PAN FRIED NOODLES

You start by preparing a flavorful sauce using soy, aromatics, and spices. You’ll then select a variety of exotic vegetables, cooking them to perfection to complement the noodles. Next, you’ll pan fry the noodles until they achieve a golden, crispy texture, adding a delightful crunch to the dish.
Once everything is ready, you’ll toss the noodles in the sauce, blending the flavors together to create a dish that’s as satisfying to eat as it is to prepare.

CHILLY PANEER

It’s time to spice things up with chilly paneer. Participants will start by frying the paneer to golden perfection, creating crispy edges and a creamy interior that’s irresistible.
Then, under culinary guidance, participants will craft a flavorful gravy that’s bursting with flavor, adding depth and complexity to the dish.

VEGGIES IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

It’s time to get creative with veggies!
Participants will have the opportunity to choose their favorite vegetables from crisp bell peppers to tender broccoli and vibrant carrots and cook them in hot garlic sauce that’s sure to delight the senses once they get to dig in!

HAKKA NOODLE

In this activity, participants will start by diving into the world of Indo Chinese cuisine by preparing Hakka noodles. Participants will be provided with pre-boiled noodles and an array of savory sauces & vegetables, allowing them to toss the noodles to perfection.

FRIED RICE

In this hands-on experience, participants will master cooking fried rice, a beloved staple that’s both comforting and flavorful. With pre-cooked rice and an array of aromatic spices and seasonings, participants will learn to toss the rice to perfection.

MONGOLIAN STIR FRY

This hands-on session will teach you the art of stir-frying, combining rice, noodles, or both with a rich, umami-packed sauce and sautéed vegetables. You’ll start by choosing between rice, noodles, or a combination of both, and then stir-fry them to perfection with a sauté a medley of fresh vegetables.
The highlight is crafting a savory Mongolian sauce that ties all the ingredients together, creating a dish that’s bursting with flavor.

CLASSIC SIZZLER

This hands-on session guides you through the creation of a complete sizzler platter.
You’ll begin by crafting your own cutlet from scratch. Next, you’ll prepare fragrant herbed rice.
You’ll also sauté a medley of fresh vegetables.
For the finishing touch, you’ll create a rich, tangy barbecue sauce to drizzle over your sizzler to complete the dish. Once everything is ready, you’ll assemble your sizzler on a hot plate, creating a dish that’s as impressive in presentation as it is in taste

You’ll start by boiling your noodles to just the right consistency. Next, you’ll prepare flavorful fried rice, mixing in a blend of spices and ingredients to suit your taste and choose a perfect gravy to bring everything together

PITA FALAFEL POCKETS

In this hands-on experience, you’ll delve into the secrets of Lebanese sweets with the decadent Rose Pistachio Baklava. With expert guidance, you’ll learn to layer delicate phyllo sheets with a fragrant blend of rose water, honey, and pistachios, creating a beautiful dessert.
But that’s just the beginning! You’ll also have the opportunity to prepare a selection of traditional Middle Eastern dips, including creamy Labneh and smoky Baba Ganoush with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. You’ll also learn to make your own falafel from scratch and shaping and frying falafels to perfection. Paired with warm pita bread and a selection of fresh vegetables, you’ll get to dig into a meal that’s hearty, healthy, and bursting with flavor.

PINDI CHANA & KULCHA

We start by crafting our own kulcha dough, choosing a filling that suits your taste. You’ll roll and cook your kulchas to achieve the perfect balance of softness and crispness, ensuring they’re the ideal partner for the Pindi Chana
For the Pindi Chana, we begin by cooking the chicke-peas in authentic and traditional masalas creating a robust and flavorful dish, resulting in a rich, hearty meal that embodies the essence of Punjabi cuisine.

PANNER MAKHANI & NAAN

This hands-on experience will guide you through creating two beloved dishes from scratch
You’ll begin by making your naan dough, choosing from a variety of options like cheese naan, butter naan, or garlic naan which you’ll roll, shape, and cook to achieve the perfect texture. Next, you’ll prepare the luscious paneer makhani sauce from scratch.
Using fresh ingredients and traditional spices, you’ll create a rich, creamy sauce that’s the perfect accompaniment to tender paneer cubes.

BURGER & POTATO WEDGES

This hands-on experience will guide you through making your own delicious burger and crispy potato wedges from scratch.
You start by crafting your own burger patty, choosing between a spicy paneer patty or a crispy veggie patty. Next, you’ll whip up a flavorful sauce to complement your burger, adding your unique touch to the recipe. Then you’ll assemble your burger.
For the potato wedges, you’ll start by making a batter from scratch. Then, you’ll fry the wedges to golden, crispy perfection, creating the perfect side dish to accompany your burger.

TIRAMISU

There is no indulgence without a decadent dessert and what better way to end the meal than with a homemade tiramisu using quality espresso, creamy mascarpone and a dusting of cocoa powder? The participants can choose to dig in right after!

TRES LECHE MAKING

In this hands-on session, participants will embark on a journey of flavor and texture, starting with the creation of a light and airy one pound vanilla sponge cake. Participants will learn about baking as they whisk, fold, and bake their way to a sponge that’s moist and delicious and soak it with three different milk soaking syrups-sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream at their disposal.
Participants will whip up clouds of billowy whipped cream, ready to be piped onto their Tres Leches creations which they’ll adorn with a creamy goodness and top it with a colorful array of fresh fruits at their disposal. Each slice becomes a canvas for their culinary artistry. bursting with flavor and freshness that they get to take home!

CHEESECAKE MAKING

In this hands-on activity, you will learn to master the art of a one pound cheesecake from scratch, starting with the perfect graham cracker crust and ending with a luscious filling that melts in the mouth. participants will explore the science behind cheesecake, from achieving the ideal texture to balancing flavors.
But the real fun begins when it’s time to customize! With a mouthwatering array of flavors to choose from-blueberry, strawberry, Nutella, Oreo, Biscoff, and salted cara-mel-participants will unleash their creativity and personalize their cheesecakes to perfection that they can take home.

CAKE DECORATING

In this immersive experience, you’ll step into our inviting kitchen studio and embark on a journey of cake creativity. Guided by our talented pastry chefs, you’ll learn the art of layering 380- 400 gm cake with your favorite fillings. But the true magic begins when it’s time to frost and decorate! With hands-on instruction, you’ll explore a variety of piping techniques, mastering the art of creating intricate designs, delicate swirls, and elegant borders.
With a palette of vibrant colors and edible accents at your disposal, you’ll transform your cake into a work of edible art that you get to take home for everyone to indulge!

SIP & PAINT CAKE

In this creative and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll be provided with a blank canvas-except this time, it’s a cake! Armed with edible paints and brushes, you’ll unleash your inner artist as you decorate your own personal cake masterpiece.
As you paint and create, you’ll also have the opportunity to sip on your favorite beverages-whether it’s a glass of wine, or a refreshing cocktail. With a drink in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, you’ll experience the perfect blend of creativity and relaxation.

In our exciting activity, you will get hands-on experience crafting your own delicious churros from scratch. You begin by mixing the batter, learning the secrets to creating the perfect churro dough. Once fried to perfection, you can choose from a variety of toppings to customize their churros.

You wil be provided with a box of 6 cupcakes that you will fill with a choice of delicious fillings, from velvety chocolate ganache to fruity preserves, adding a burst of flavor to every bite. But the real fun begins when it’s time to frost and decorate! With step-by-step instruction, you’ll explore various piping techniques where the possibilities are endless.
Armed with a palette of vibrant colors, edible accents, and decorative toppings, you’ll trans- form your cupcakes into edible works of art for you to take home, allowing you to share your creations with friends and family or indulge in sweet treats whenever the mood strikes.

You will get the chance to melt and temper 150 gm of chocolate before spreading it into thin sheets, ready to be adorned with a kaleidoscope of toppings.
